What To Expect
Firstly I want to make sure I am the right fit for you. We will have an informal chat where I will explain how I work as a PT and then we will get to know you, exercise history, injuries, goals etc.
If you wish to go ahead, the sessions will be 60 mins at the desired time and day agreed.

You will be training from a semi private space in Harrogate, The Fitness Hut.
This luxury is only for Personal Trainers to work from with their clients, the spaces need to be booked in advance, therefore no fighting over equipment, no judgement, basically the perfect space for those who may feel a little nervous about being in a gym.
